Terms And Conditions
Please proceed to any booking through this website if you have understood & agreed to all terms and conditions for Mahalaxmi Aviation mentioned below. These terms and conditions apply to all/any services availed by any customer through us or our agents. In case of any clash between these terms and conditions and other specific conditions mentioned on our website, the latter shall supersede.
- The passenger should not carry luggage more than 2 kg. Excess volume of luggage would not be allowed in the helicopter.
- Every child over 2 age have full ticket.
- The minimum waiting for the passenger would be 2-3 hours and depends on whether condition.
- There is no prohibition or concession for children and senior citizen.
- Our services reserves the right to postpone the timing of flying due to bad weather
- Handicapped and senior citizens would be given preferences
- While travelling in helicopter we are not responsible of your luggage.
- If you try any short cuts during treks we are not responsible for that.
- All out the Endeavour's would be made to accommodate passenger in their own groups. However it may not possible all the times we have to divide passengers in to groups for weight adjustments
Payment
- You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking, which shall be paid in INR. The payment may be made through any of the available options through Online/Card/Cash and the booking shall be confirmed/deemed confirmed only on payment of the said amount.
- Costs for transfer of goods and food items (including any drinking and eating items) for rides will be charged by the Service Provider separately and in addition to the Booking Fee.
Security deposit
- A Refundable Deposit, with respect to any loss or damage as envisaged herein above, shall be paid by the Client to the Service Provider at the time of the payment of the Booking Fee. This Refundable Deposit will be refunded by the Service Provider to the Client after the event after due deductions for the damages caused to the Ride-vehicle.
Cancellation & Refund
- Ride once booked is non refundable/non transferable/Non Cancellable.
- Mentioned timings & cost are representations under normal/nil wind conditions and billing shall be on actual time taken for the air/water vehicle “chokes on to chokes off”.
- Change/cancellation in timing or weather can happen due to Government clearance/bad weather/poor visibility /other weather factors / non availability of time slots
- In case of Bad Weather/Technical Error/Government Clearance, rescheduling is free and in subject to the availability of services . However, cancellation will be charged as per the below mentioned norms.
- In any circumstance, if booking is cancelled anytime before 5 working days, 50% cancellation charge shall be applicable and in other case, the entire booking amount shall be forfeited.
- The authorized refund amount will be credited back within a time period of 4-6 weeks from the date resolution of refund application/complaint or any dispute thereto.
Check in
- Passengers are requested to arrive 30 min prior to the time of departure.
- Passengers mandatorily have to carry government issued photo identity proof (International Passengers to carry their passport) .
- You shall be responsible for your own Parking.
No Entry
- Passengers would be denied boarding in case they are under the influence of Alcohol or any sedatives or armed with any weapon.
- Passengers will be denied boarding the vehicle in case any guidelines of the port/government are found to be in violation.
Regulations
- Flying will be undertaken strictly as per current rules & regulations of Government of India authorities, respectively.
- In case of air ride, Aerial photography shall be prohibited by Government of India.
- The Route for Joy ride is decided by the Air/Water traffic control of the concerned Airport/Port.
Enforceability
- If any provision of this Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, in such case notwithstanding the said invalidity, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous
- The Quotation/ Pro forma Invoice shall be valid for seven days from the date of Issuance.
- After booking through the website please send mail to info@mahalaxmiaviation.com or call 8001222999 to confirm your booking.
- While every precaution is taken to enhance the safety of the passengers during the Joyride, other ride booked through this platform, Mahalaxmi Aviation does not hold itself responsible for death, injury or loss that might be sustained in the event of a mishap in due course of the flight.
- All the statements made in the service availing form shall be considered to be final and true. No liability of the Mahalaxmi Avaition shall arise in case any fact stated therein is false/hidden.
- Mahalaxmi Aviation would not be liable for any injury/health conditions/emotional or physical conditions suffered by the passenger during the Joyride or any other rides.
